What is a Resilient Ecosystem?
Our Resilient Ecosystem is very similar to the familiar biological ecosystem, such as you might find in a forest. The system is a collection of micro-systems that are organized effectively around a context of work (your product.) Resilient Ecosystems are deliberately innovative, flexible and replicable, meaning they produce consistent and predictably excellent results. They are environmentally aware, adaptive, and embrace diverse and deliberate feedback loops. Over time, Resilient Ecosystems have the ability to create, destroy, and rebuild micro-systems within the ecosystem in an iterative and dynamic manner, ensuring that products are responsive to marketplace needs.
